ZERO STARS for their agents- very unprofessional and disgusting experience. Only advise stay away for them....

I want to make a report for some quite weird behavior of their agent Reuben Kee.  This is what happened during this weekend. 

I was doing property searching in Cherrybrook area with a search condition up to 1.6m. When I found the house 16 Bowen Close, I thought it might be within the range even with the normal 15% up for the real price.  

When Reuben is one site in that afternoon , he told everyone there is no price set so anyone is welcome to give offer. Then things start to go funny as he started  telling every guy individually not about that house on sale, but how he sold the other house with a certain price which make the current house should be sold on a way higher price. Then he started calling on the weekend with an attitude like: " if you don't have 1.8m or above in your bank, do not waste my time.".  

 I was completely pissed off by his approaching with that house about asking as many people to come then try to fake out a situation that the property is on hot spot. What his attitude with the phone calls are absolutely disgusting. He had the price required from the owner from the every beginning and still want to use a price to lure people in.To be hones,It is ok in a normal situation but this agent has overcooked the whole process way too much.  Based on his words, I think this agent is a bit out of his mind. What he need is not a customer or a potential client, but a proper therapy.   

I would like to see  comment on this case from their general manager. I just want to let the people know Centruy 21's Agents might not be a good choice if you still want to encounter decent people , not crazy ones.
