We've had Senior PM Katie and PM Sabina manage our properties for about 2 years now and they have been doing an exceptional job. Whilst the tenants aren’t the easiest bunch to deal with day-to-day Sabina has done extremely well managing them. We are very happy with how Sabina updates and follows up with all matters and really makes us feel that our properties are well looked after. The professionalism Katie exhibits as Senior PM is a stand out its very comforting knowing the service provided is backed with many years of experience. We would like to thank Katie and Irene for their assistance in renting our investment property. They were both highly engaged and professional from beginning to end. The purchase was off the plan. This meant that there were multiple visits as the property settled, nothing was to much trouble regarding those visits often being notified with little notice. Once settled they arranged for the right tenant, this happened quickly with the right amount of communication at all points of the process. We highly recommend them both and will be using them without a doubt for future investment properties Best Brad and Kerith Massey

Dion and his team were exceptional in helping us sell our house from overseas. We had rented our house out through them for a year initially and they managed the property (and difficult tenants!) very well. We really did receive 5 star service - first of all they advised on key improvements to help us get the best price, then carefully guided us through the auction process. They arranged a garden tidy up before each open home, this is just one example of the attention to detail. I felt supported and informed throughout the entire process. Dion provided excellent insight and advice, from his years of Real Estate knowledge which was priceless. In addition, he executed the sale with passion, professionalism and drive. He worked closely with purchasers and was keen to ensure that they also had a positive experience. I could not recommend them more highly.

Alex Gayl did an amazing job to sell our home and investment unit recently. He was quick to respond to our call for an appraisal and worked tirelessly and always professionally to find buyers and get the properties sold in a very quick timeframe.
