Lovely on the phone, but rude in person. Also, wasn’t interested in my application, just kept selling me features and price. I ended up leaving and going down the road and buying gear elsewhere.

Yes. No customer service. They are not there for that. You retards should know what you are after before you get there. To many cowboys in this industry. And now that we have the YouTube hero's. How in hell can they explain anything to you when you know it all any way. So go buy ur Pioneer junk and think you have the best.

I purchased a Behringer PS400 Phantom Power Supply and a sheet music platform add on for a mic stand. I found the staff friendly and they gave me 'open slather' to go any where in the store even out the back into the abyss of second hand gear - it was like being in a sci fi movie 'electronic grave yard set' where massive amounts of quality electronic second hand gear is well set out for sale. If you can't find your sounds needs here then you won't find it anywhere!
