The staff needs to know how to work quickly, instead of chit chatting with every customer regarding their life events. We have other stuff to do in our lives and waiting in lines until you are done being chatty with customers is definitely not one of them. Especially the customer service lady named Sharon need some training.
The new manager in there is absolutely rude, especially when I've been a long time customer. She didn't even have a smile on her face, she expected me to count my money that I was handing over to her colleague. As long as I've been going into that branch I've never ever had to count the sum of money. If she wants customers, well she's going to lose them like flies. Her rudeness made me very upset and extremely agitated. Get rid of the branch manager and bring back the previous one, she was much more pleasant and understanding.
Very disappointed with the service received the moment we entered the branch with unwelcoming behaviour from the staff. The staff said no to our question before she checked our accounts and the answer was yes. After that no matter how she tried to help, it didn't work as the trust was already lost. If there was a competition of being the most grumpy staff not sure whether the branch manager would win or other staff members. Didn't see a single smile from any staff members including the branch manager. On the brighter side, the customers were very friendly being a festive season. After more than 15 yrs with the bank, we have started thinking of changing banks experiencing this poor level of customer service. If ever i have to use this branch, i will only use the coin machine so zero customer service expectation and minimal staff contact. I know cba prides itself providing good customer service but this branch has failed on so many levels.
Sharon is the best!! Reason I was applied for a personal loan at different branch which the system was accepted me and I walked in into carringe branch last week, explained to sharon and I ended up with 2.5% discount pa. Super happy!! Sharon is professional and friendly. I highly recommend her for those who needs assist.
I visited the bank to open an account today and the service was wonderful. I got my work done smoothly. Suzan Talker helped me throughout. She is friendly and intelligent!
DO NOT GO!! Withdrew money from the ATM & went to talk to staff requesting to change $50 notes. Lady questioned if I was a customer & what the money was for. Showed the receipt & confirmed that I was a customer but the money was for my business. She proceeded to tell me that the money cannot be changed because my business does not bank with commonwealth. THE MONEY CAME FROM MY ACCOUNT. What does it matter??
The most useless CBA branch in South East area. Staff just like security guard without any professional knowledge. Kick me around as I plan to switch my home loan to interest only. CBA HD must consider to shut it down. Totally waste.
Don't go there!!!!!!They deserve a Zero!!!!! Poor and unfriendly staff. Staff named Abu ali?? wasted my time looking at a wrong profile of a lady and then looking at me a man and asking me if I am the previous customer?? poor other customer privacy was invaded then she gave me No apologies and when I asked can I receive a confirmation call she told me what is the reason? okay let me tell you, if a staff of a bank can not swipe the customer bank card as the most simplest, easiest, basic task and open their account, how on earth a customer can TRUST you to handle their financials.
First time visit due to the Caulfield branch now closed. Absolute shameful customer service. Was told to wait 15 minutes for a business banking enquiry which ended up being close to an hour with NO ONE MANNING THE FRONT. Went next door to Westpac which was far more appreciate of my time and business.
Went in today to get a couple bank books updated, took ages just for what should be a simple task. The teller had to consult someone else in the branch and while they were both in front of me they started chatting in thier native tongue as if I was not there. Unacceptable!
