Have been a loyal customer with this bank for decades and always had a wonderful experience. But get scammed and don’t expect assistance from this bank. They refuse to fight for you or help you. They offer zero compassion and continuously reinforce its all your own stupidity and your own fault …making you feel worse. The bank the scammer users protects his privacy and assists their customers when they get scammed.  But Bendigo refused to liaise any further on my behalf. In addition I contacted Bendigo feedback team on multiple occasions over several weeks….and they too couldn’t be bothered to even reply to me. Extremely poor form Bendigo customer service.

Paid visit to open an account . Great and friendly experience.

I had a great experience in this Bank branch. Opened a business and a private transaction account with them and am very happy with the service. Worth mentioning that I closed my HSBC and NAB accounts as those banks gave me great headache when I tried to send money overseas. The staff in Bendigo Bank Malvern East is always very friendly and very helpful.
