the WORSE BEANCH of ANZ and till day no one from management still taking action to train for the staff, you need to book to talk with consultant and I unable to close the account and long line just to withdraw the money they don’t have! We Are Fully Booked, this always been says!
The web suggests including the ANZ official site the branch is open on Sundays which is NOT.. The Branch is CLOSED on Sundays..
Every other bank I’ve dealt with can process changes to account details over the phone or online. I was told by ANZ I had to go into a branch which was the only bank that required this. I went to the ANZ branch on my lunch break which was difficult to get to and there was no parking. I was the only customer in the branch and was told to come back later as there was nobody free to help me. There were no other customers in the branch, I was the only customer so it just seemed like all the employees in the ANZ branch were just on lunch break at the same time and didn’t want to work. The staff had no interest is trying to help customers, instead of trying to help they just told me to go away basically. I haven’t had these issues with other banks and so I will be closing my accounts with ANZ after the terrible service and lack of support I continue to receive from this branch and ANZ in general.
Unfortunately, I wasn't pleased with the lady and her customer service. She was using her finger and calling me without citing my name. That was extremely offending. I think she might have to get more acquainted with soft skills. I just went to collect my debit card. She was the same to internationals and locals.
Extremely disappointed about how my queries were handled. I was instructed by ANZ phone advisor to have to go into the branch to get my card activated. I did explain it was difficult to go to a branch in person for me due to my work hours. I finally managed to go in to the Chadstone branch during my lunch break. My queries were handled poorly, bank teller Sally was unsure if she was able to activate my credit card at the start. I was later then told to have to wait for a consultant. 5 minutes later I was told I have to either come back in 45 minutes or book in a time to go to the branch again another day. Its very disappointing that a credit card activation requires me to go in the branch in person twice. And the two phone advisors I spoke to prior didn't tell me I have to make a booking online to see a consultant at a branch. They mentioned it was a very easily resolve matter and can be done at a branch quickly. It was also poor customer services that staff member show no empathy. "Unfortunately you have to come back" doesn't help settle an upset customer.
I’m so disappointed on how staff who works there not responsive and unprofessional about the problem I had. It’s been 3 weeks since my money stuck in the machine at ANZ chadstone and they just wrote a form and I never get any answers from them till now! I went there 3 times to just get the information about my money but they just keep saying wait and see your money will come tonight but i never get my money back yet! I honestly really disappointed. One of them give me the email address on paper but I couldn’t reached them cause they put wrong email address! This is unacceptable.
I presented to the ANZ branch - Chadstone, seeking to declare and address a Deceased Estate. Instead of outlining action items or even recording my visit, I was immediately turned away on the basis that I did not have an Enduring Power of Attorney. Suspicious, I attended ANZ - Clayton and after making a booking, I was able to resolve all urgent matters in the one visit.
I would just like to personally thank Paula at ANZ Chadstone for her excellent customer services and friendly smile beneath her mask, of course. I had the misfortune of losing my eftpos card and was quiet beside myself over the situation. Paula calmly took control and ordered me a new card as well as updating my details. The experience was enjoyable, considering how stressful losing a card can be. I will certainly only be seeking out my favourite teller Paula for my banking requirements.
Poor customer service, was on the line for 20 mins no one answered. Called again, waited for another 20 mins and still nothing, you’s need to pick up your game. Not very happy with this.
I have opened an new account and signed the authority form one year ago at this ANZ branch. My account is still restricted now, I can only transfer money into this account but not able to transfer money out. Called them and they said they don't have the form and I should sign the form again. That's ridiculous, I'll change bank once I solve this issue.
