Used to be my go branch for great service. Sadly a year on and it's no longer the case. 
Seems to be a training centre more than a fully functioning branch.

Terrible bank - travelled to to get notes for change for a business - arrived and was ignored by the staff for 10 minutes, no clear way for customers to understand where to wait or what to do. Finally got someone’s attention and they can’t do the change for me using the app like every other commbank I go to can - didn’t even apologise or tell me where I can go to get it done! Very unhelpful!

Had a nice visit to this branch. Was served by a friendly and enthusiastic man named Bing. Didn't have to wait long despite it being quite busy.
