I dropped off my Prado at Cathcarts to be repaired after an accident. The staff are wonderful to deal with and very courteous. The workmanship and presentation of the car on pickup was absolutely amazing. Could not recommend them more highly to carry out any repairs on your car. Great job and thank you.

I have a Ford Ranger that was repaired here and the service offered was 10/10. The ute came out looking pretty much brand new. Highly recommend Daniel. All the other staff was also very professional and friendly

Awesome service!!  Cathcart Smash Repairs are a storage yard for Manheim Auctions, had to pick up a car there and they were super helpful, even helping with a jumpstart when car I was picking up had a flat battery, A++

Poor customer service by the manager and reception staff when querying poor workmanship on a front end repair. Stone chips not filled, simply painted over! Front bumper had orbital sand marks that could be clearly seen through finished paintwork. And blister marks running around all repairs made. For a prestige repairer this is disgusting. Would not recommend this repairer.
