Went in today for a quote to change my low profile tyres to standard, which means new rims from 17 to 15 or 16. The young man was really lovely, explaining to me what it all meant, I had no idea. I feel much more able to make the decision now that I understand. Still thinking, but thank you so much for your help and for being patient with me. Very impressed
Arrived at short notice with a slow leak in right rear tire. Instant response sorted within 10 minutes. Great service.
Darcy & his team are my knight is shining armer. I have going there for sometime now. But today they went beyond. As I was broken down beat Gisborne, and after 2hour wait I finally got a tow truck which towed me back to these guys. They were there waiting for me, which was after their knock off time on a Saturday. I can not thank you guys enough.
Been going here for years. I highly recommend them. Some things to note though.... They only sometimes reset your cars service reminder which leaves you searching YouTube on how to do it yourself. They don't check things like if your lights are working or your wipers need changing in a normal service. It's cheap and this is probably why. Will continue to go here. I'm sure they would check all this stuff if you asked them though.
