Don't bother booking an event at this sad excuse for a venue. The events planners have no idea what is going and they change their words every second and have no hesitation to lie to your face. They refused to issue receipts and then had the gall to say that they were owed over $2000 after the events planners told my sister that she was paid off and over $300 in credit. 
On the day after the ceremony guests were meant to have drinks and canapes in a separate room. Canapes were minimal and not everyone got to have even one. No drinks were served even though they were paid for and guests were then forced to pay for their own drinks.
We were told the photographer was unable to fly a drone anywhere on the premises for fear of 'hitting a golfer'. There were people in golf buggies driving behind the bride and groom whistling and waving during the ceremony.
The food was absolutely outstanding and probably the best I've had at a wedding, however when it came to dessert we were informed that the kids did not have any dessert. Not even a small scoop of ice cream.
And then the fruit platters were not brought out, the staff had no idea about them even though they were on their run sheet. They did eventually bring two platters out after being asked twice.
I worked doing weddings and functions for 6 years and I've never experienced service and treatment so bad. Things that should have been included for the $100+ per head was not and it's a disgrace to the industry. If you are incapable of providing the service to the full extent don't bother offering it.

horrible place.  Plays loud hard rock music on a truck in the middle of the garden in a suburban area and prevents people from sleeping and going to work the next day.  Obviously the council is on the take as who does that in the middle of a housing estate.
