Splendid park! Serene place to be. A great area to relax, chill and enjoy the work of mother nature. Worth stopping by if you're a tourist away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great picnic destination for your family.

An east facing hill named by Captain Arthur Phillip in 1788. This location is sometimes used by the local council to host musical events. People who like exercising also enjoy walking and running up and down the hill here. The stairs down The Crescent are located not far away from the Boar War Memorial. Carparking is located back near the Old Government House.

Amazing concert. Enjoyed Australia day here and every second was worth it.

Probably the best place around for concerts and public events! It is so huge and they are maintaining it in a way that it is absolutely fine for the crowd to enjoy the show going on at the stage. And location is a huge plus as it is located inside the Parra Park!

Sydney Symphony Orchestra and fireworks.amazing.

Went for the symphony under the stars, unfortunately there weren't any stars but the venue was brilliant. The shape of the amphitheatre meant nearly everyone had a perfect view of the stage. I would definetly recommend coming here if a music act you are interested in performs there.

The events that I have attended here are awesome e.g. Symphony Under The Stars, Australia Day, NYE Fireworks - the outdoor atmosphere and the upward sloping grass seating make this ideal for watching concerts / shows

Nice amphitheater. We had great time while watching and listening to the Sydney philharmonic orchestra.

Super theatre under the sky. It is for any event and musical fest. The family can spend the day or evening with full of entertainment dose.

Delightful night, beautiful music.
