Low balling, false advertising, they have signs saying the pay top dollar for blurays for example, when in actually fact the will offer $1 regardless of the title.

I needed some speakers for my television. I went armed with little knowledge besides a photo of the back of my TV where all the connections are. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and set me up with the perfect surround sound system - which works amazingly. I was given clear and easy advice about setting it all up. I'm very happy and I'd definitely return.

They sold me a dud power drill.After purchasing it from Stafford Cash Converters, they converted my good money in rubbish. The drill turns on but does not engage so I spent money on rubbish. There is no way it suddenly stopped working. It must not have worked when they sold it to me. I am disgusted.

absolutely horrible customer service staff argue and threaten to tamper with your goods that you have pawned seriously not kidding! They used to be good but now i wouldn't bother heading here unless you want to get ripped off and buy dodgy/faulty items. Go the extra mile and head to toombul store they are polite and very helpful and respectful.
