Customer service is poor. Phoned late in the afternoon to get instructions on floating brackets but was told the person who could help had gone home. They tried to palm me onto Bunnings, who were unable to help. So I phoned the following morning and was told the person who could help had gone out for breakfast and that they they would return my call. They didn't. At 11.00am that morning, staff had gone to the Christmas Party so earliest response if any would be the following Monday.
The most terrible customer service. I rang to ask some advice about brackets got was told to go and see Bunnings l explained l had already been to Bunnings and was hoping someone from this company could provide some advice re alternative brackets for me as Bunnings did not have the size or strength in a bracket l was looking for. I was simply looking for someone to give me some advice. I was then told we don't make them we just import them we can't help you! Disgraceful! Wont be ever buying this brand again!
