Last Wednesday was a very exciting day when we picked up our new Van Cruiser X Machine from Caravan HQ. We must say that the handover process was absolutely brilliant thanks very much Hayden. Also a very special shout out to Brig, whose attention to detail and communication was outstanding, and we can't thank her enough for the very numerous confirmations and updates. Van cruiser and Caravan HQ make a perfect team. Thanks so much. We absolutely love our caravan!!! Jenny and Leigh
We put a deposit on a network rv van at the show 15 month wait , due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel. Be aware no compassion keep $2000 dollars and all they did was send us 1 email We were told we just just securing a spot all lies . I hope your happy keeping our deposit For nothing
Not even worth 1 star...Beware!! In March 22 we signed a contract to buy a caravan with this company at the GC Caravan and Camping show, the staff told us many lies just to get the contract signed and deposit paid. I questioned the estimated delivery date on the contract, and they assured me it would be delivered on or before that date. Come around November we had not heard a thing from this company, and then later we were told it was going to be delayed for 3 or 4 months, even though we stressed the caravan was needed early Jan for a planned trip. They didn't even contact us during the time to pick colours out etc, so they obviously knew much earlier on that there was going to be a delay. In the end we managed to get some of our deposit back, but that was it. We have dealt with other companies in the past and have had no trouble, with good communication on the progress of our caravan. I would advice anybody that wants to deal with Caravan HQ Yatala to avoid them and deal with a reputable company instead.
‘Caravan HQ’-very impressed!!! We picked up our amazing caravan and the entire process was very smooth. Staff were professional and attended to all our needs. Lachlan in particular was very well informed, efficient and clearly knew his product well. He was able to answer all our questions, was reassuring and gave us confidence that we would be able to make the most of our caravan. So glad we bought our van from ‘Caravan HQ’- it is exactly what we were looking for and overall- the team simply delivered.
Caravan HQ stand by their products and service. Our dealings were not always without issue we would deal with Caravan HQ again.

The staff at Caravan HQ are lovely and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I definately recommend this business.
Kevin and his team are simply amazing! We were guided through the process of purchasing a caravan that suited our needs. After our purchase they spent a generous amount of time explaining all the aspects of the caravan we bought. My wife and I and our three kids are now happily touring Australia in our new van and I can not recommend Caravan HQ more highly!
NEVER would I use this company or recommend this company. We paid our 10% deposit in July 2021, March 2022 I contacted the companying after not hearing from them, this was 4 weeks before our scheduled delivery date April 2022. I contacted the company to ask how our build progress was tracking. They contacted me two days later via email saying, sorry they are 16 builds over schedule and someone should have let me know around Christmas. Since they had nearly 8 months to complete the build and could not promise me our van by mid-April as stated on our contract, we asked for our deposit back which they agreed to. It has now been 3 weeks of emails and call's asking for our deposit to which they keep replying, accounts will get to it!! Please be very wary if you deal with Robbie at the carvaning shows or Andrew, ensure you keep in contact if you do go with them and good luck trying to get your deposit back. This has been the worst experience and I am very disappointed in this company.
CARAVAN HQ…Yatala Qld Bbig thank you to FIONA at caravan HQ. We met at the cairns show, weather was not great! Fiona took me and the family through one of the NETWORK RV family vans, Fiona answered all our questions and was great to deal with. I Highly recommend this business.
