Ordered Combination Sweet and Sour with white rice, the sauce was over flooded on the rice and it doesn’t taste nice. Chow Mein was full with veggies and very less noodles. Cheese pineapple egg burger is nice btw.
Ordered Sole, it was definitely not sole or not fresh as Sole has a unique flavour and this had none. Chip quantity for the price was very average.
Awesome service, amazing food. Quick, very quick, extremely quick! The variety is astronomical, it amazes me how so many items still remain available while a lot of places are downsizing there menus. Will be coming back here again, you bet!
The service was surly and unfriendly. The "giant" burger I ordered would look small on a McDonalds menu and the combination foo young was very mediocre. It gets 2 stars because at least the place looked clean enough.
Battered prawns tasted very fishy which was off-putting but everything else was goodFood: 4/5
The chicken chowmain was amazing, 10 different veg in it. Well worth the money spent. Cheers Canton, we will be back next time we are in the area.
Always get my take away from Canton,their sweet and sour chicken is and egg fried rice is the best.
Very busy. Bluff oysters are a must but very pricy same all over NZ. Excellent service and great selection of meals. Nice big portions.
I lke their Chow Meins but their "Fish & Chips is horrendous. I asked for blue cod and got something else, and what i got for $2 chips was criminal!
The burger and fish and chips were okay although some of the lettuce on my burger was a bit rotten and the chinese food was bad. Ordered chicken fried rice and chicken cashew nut and the chicken in both those dishes was disgusting, the pieces were all brown and had a weird texture to them, had to check several times if it was even cooked as it felt like it was raw when chewing it. The rice was just mushy. Overall waste of money.
