Worst customer service witnessed ever!! After the lady ignored a customer and continued to mop the floor, another staff member (who was service me) promoted her to serve the man. She went to the counter didn't say a word, scanned the products and said "$12". Such a poor representation of the great hospitality Balclutha can offer. She needs a job outside of the service industry.... And quickly!

Customer service non existant here unfortunately. Got little more than a grunt from two staff. Unless you're desperate go elsewhere!

Stopped there at 10.30pm on the way to Dunedin they wouldn't even make me a coffee cause the machine was cleaned even tho they were open for another half an hour wasn't impressed

great convenient ready made/cooked food, usual night 'n day prices, friendly staff. there's an off street Park in front of the shop. great coffee & sundaes
