Today we bought chicken chips snd a piece of fish and my husband was sick. You need to change your oil. Not good. Won't return

Hot food we got was lukewarm and had been in the warmer for a long time. Also the drink we got was on specialsticker on fridge door  but when paying was charged full price, I queried this and the man serving went to check came back without saying anything and pointed at the effpos machine. He had changed the price but didn’t bother saying anything. Next day went in to get the same drink but the special price had been removed from the fridge door even though it was clearly dated till 1st July ‍

Ordered 3 sundaes 2 were cookies and the other chocolate I should have just asked for an ice cream with a chocolate fish because certainly was lacking the rest of the toppings, I said to the guy that served us that it wasn’t what was ordered as looked very different. He just walked away!!! Will stick to the invercargill night n day as they give you what you actually order

great service from kyan  very social and made me feel welcome and worked fast to get my order done : was not so impressed with the girl with the tattoo and glasses. she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome when i tried to make small talk . have heard others experienced the same thing

I love night&day stores.  Unfortunately, I felt let down by the Milton store.  Because I requested a bag of regular chips with chicken salt.  But what I got was a smaller bag of burnt and dried out chips.  I couldn't go back in because it was really busy and I had to catch my Intercity bus.  I recommend the server to tell the customer that the product is unavailable - so I could choose something else.  But no - I got ripped off and therefore writing this disappointing review.

Due to its "convenience " I visit once every 2 weeks as traveling through early or very late in the day.  I never have high expectations as must of the hot takeaway food is dry. Depending on who makes the coffee is a hit and miss. But they are open when needed so..

Thankyou everyone for your awesome food beverages and oh yeah the DESSERTS  supa yum. Had full throttle munchies my waffle and Sundae sealed the deal. Wahoo
