It’s very sad to spend money you don’t have and be treated with disrespect at the customer service counter this morning. This store has a few pleasant cashiers, but most seem over it & take it out on the customers. I would suggest courses on human interactions, we are all having a rough time navigating this world.
It seems that this new world is under new ownership. Recently I was shopping here and when I arrived at the self checkout there was a young lady just doing her job, she was then approached by a middle aged woman who I can only assume is the new owner. She then proceeded to yell at this young lady completely berating her in front of everyone making a lot of customers uncomfortable and the staff member devastated. If you want your supermarket to run smoothly Jocelyn then you need to treat your employees with kindness before you scare them and your customers away.nThanks
Always fresh top of the grade meats and amazing selection of baked goods. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else.
ComplaintnnUtterly disgusting I got a few things your deli and when I asked for stuff I need I asked the guy will you change the tongs he said no it will be fine it’s not touching anything else went Thai green filo to lasagna then got crumbs all over the bags refused to clean up I thought your deli was best in town but I guess not!
