Lots of food options avail, from your typical burgers, fish and chips to sushi and cakes/sweets. Found it odd that we were eating in, but our food was served in takeaway boxes. Also chicken salt not evenly coated on our hot chips, instead was all clustered at the top of the box.
This is a lovely cafe to sit down and relax the staff are very friendly and helpful such a great selection of fresh food wither you have a sit down meal or take a way love there coffee next time you're passing by this place take time to stop you won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5
We had a smoked chicken, Brie & cranberry panini, toasted and coffees. The food was yummy & very good coffee. The staff were friendly.
Wow, what a find . Lovely wee Cafe serving absolutely scrumptious kai and really ka pai kāwhe. Well worth a visit for any meal time if your in &/or passing thru Balclutha. Ngā mihi Team for the service, kai, drinks and having such a ka pai establishment.
I was impressed with the huge selection of food available although they were quite expensive, we ordered to takeaway which was as a cheaper selection. Our food came out far apart, mine was almost cold by the time the rest of the order was done however they did have a large clean seated area so we could sit and start eating while we waited. Dietary restrictions: I noticed they had a good range of gluten free options and keto friendly options as well
Nice and cozy place to dine in. They have self service options as well as as you can use a waitress service. On street parking available. As well as there’s a small car park adjoining to the cafe. Cost of food is reasonable and the staff is friendly.
Got there at 3 asked for grilled sandwich no we close in 1/2hr their cheese rolls were cold when grilled and coffee taste burnt customer service rude and no smile won't be spending anymore money there don't support rudeness

Great little stop when you’re on the bus or coming through. Best cup of tea in Southland, real leaves, utterly delicious flavours. Tea like it used to be, like it should be Nice clean loos
