I'm not one to post reviews however, due to my negative experience where my partner and I took the time to visit the hardware store, chose the timber and pay in full for a product we thought would best suit our new home. Only to find that the wrong product was delivered and installed. Unfortunately for us, we only noticed once they were installed and no compensation or good will offered, as we were told it was our job to check.
