Great range of stock....must see. However, prices are not negotiable....even on a large order with signs saying "no discount= you win" under each price tag.... Not a great customer 'win' and for the same prices we bought real stone instead of porcelain tiles. We has 300 square meters of tiling which should have been worth their time. The female customer service reps were generally ignoring customers....even when the store is empty while the male service rep attempted to help us and other customers at the same time. Customers are entitled to negotiate a discount and dont need this printed all over the shop.

Went in store, was immediately serviced. Answered our questions about the tiles. We made a purchase & organised time for pick up, the exchange was less the 20 mins and was left happy. Good experience overall, Delivery was however additional cost.
