9pm Thursday 31st August. Hope your cameras picked up the disgusting interaction from your staff member. I inconveniently approached the counter to spend nearly $40 without fuel, interuppting your staff member cutting up new shelving tickets. Eye rolls when I replied "No" to fuel, more huffs and eye rolls when I asked for cigarettes. Complete disdain. As I didn't thank her for her rudeness, she proceeded to shout at me as I walked away after paying. "OH!! YEAH, YOU'RE WELCOME!! NO NEED TO SAY THANK YOU!!" I did turn and reply, telling her she was the rudest customer service person I've ever encountered. I've never looked up a company to complain before but, WOW, this employee needs a course in customer service skills. As already stated, I really hope you review your camera footage and correct your employee as to what her job entails, including common courtesy to customers, no matter how many other jobs she has to fulfill on her shift.

The pies were all hard like bricks and when I told the staff members they told me that there was nothing wrong with a hard cold pie, then put the pies back in the pie warmer. Caltex should be ashamed of there staff.

Expensive fuel, unappealing food options. Go further off the freeway or wait for a better stop if you can.

Their prices are in competition with the other major fuel leaders. Close to a zarraffas so i tend to pop in after i get fuel
