This is my go to place to top up for fuel! The service there is impeccable. There’s a lady named Michelle that works there always has a small on her face and always happy to have a chat, very professional! Keep up the fantastic work, always love coming in and seeing that she’s working.

Elderly lady was sold a $50 Caltex Cash Card gift card but it appears they are selling the cards illegally.  They are invalid and pocketing the $50.  Another scam - people be aware this company is stealing your money! The manager had the option to speak to me but chose not to.  ACCC is the next port of call for these fraudsters.  I guess elderly people are an easy target for scammers, liars and fraudsters.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING, I usually go down with my mates and there is this one worker named Sai, he’s a legend been talking to him everytime i go in he makes my day very nice, the shop is great and fuel is very good prices in this day and age.

Awful customer service! I asked for a certain product. When he put the first product back, he confused me into thinking he picked up the wrong product after. I clarified many times as the product looked different from a distance. His bad attitude made me mad. He deserved the insult he received. As for the product, he had to know it was there a long time as it was stale. Won't be going back there
