I guess i should have looked more closely to the photos for the apartment I was booking, I did not realise that the second room did not have a window and also that the beds were on wheels so they moved everytime you moved.nThe dishes needed to be washed before using as they were still dirty and the pots etc I would not use as they were not clean and i could not get them clean with what was supplied. So many things need to be updated for the price you pay to stay here. The sliding door to the balcony would not lock and i actually felt unsafe at night using the elevator for the apartment l was given, as it exited to the main street not inside the building. Lesson learnt....

Great apartment;   Outside area was fantastic, but could do with a little TLC to make it a bit more appealing.  Otherwise, great location with fantastic ocean views.  Will definitely stay here again.

Regarding the room #4060/1 we received at Caloundra Central Apartment Hotel. My concerns -n1. We booked for 3 adults and received a studio apartment with a double bed and a rollaway single bed. This is not suitable for 3 adults.n2. The rollaway bed had to be setup in the living room which only had sheer curtains, therefore not suitable for sleeping conditions. 3. The bedroom had a section cut out of the wall backing on to the living room with no ability to close it off. Again, not what we consider suitable for 3 adults.n4. The room, and entire apartment block, is outdated, shows water damage, and has uncomfortable living and dining furniture.n5. The double bed is on rolling castors which moved as you sat on the bed. This could easily be negated by placing non-slip cups under the castors. After now reading many negative reviews about this accommodation I see that several guests over the past 3 years have commented the same issue. I can't believe management haven't rectified this easy fix. The comfory of the bed itself was awful too.n6. The bathroom, like the kitchen, is from the 90's. There is a shower over bath which is hard and unsafe to get out of when you're wet. I used the flimsy towel tail to steady myself upon getting out and it came off the wall.n7. My mum stayed in the same apartment building in room 4020. She booked for one person and yet she received a 2 bedroom apartment - 1 queen, 2 singles.n8. The pool and BBQ area were closed for renovations. It was disappointing to not have these facilities available during the Easter holiday period. Summer is a bad time to renovate an area like this.nI would only consider this accommodation to be 3 stars, not 4.nnFinally, just prior to our arrival date the hotel did not send an email confirming check in time, etc. This made me nervous that the booking was not real. I had to phone the hotel to confirm as we drove there. Thank you for accepting my feedback.

Lovely stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, neat and tidy, a little older but for the price it's a steal. Our only complaint was that our bed was actually broken which we let management know on departure, and they were very appreciative indicating that we could have told them earlier and they would have replaced it. Also, the fridge was really small, we stayed for a week so it would have been better if there was more fridge space but other than that it was really great. The pools we're always lovely and clean, and the communal bbq area was great. Good position near Dicky Beach and a short 10 min drive to anywhere else in the Caloundra precinct. The parking can be tricky but we always managed to find a spot. We absolutely will be back.

Great pool, bbq and surrounds.nRoom a bit disappointing although yes we did know was a studio so tiny. Was little to choose from in town as we booked very late.nOwner occupiers were a pain in the arse with noise, and we had a good carpark dispute.  Rules around same very vague and almost fisticuffs over what we thought righfully was our spot for the 5 days.nRegardless served a purpose and we enjoyed the stay overall. Staff very friendly and helpful.
