Apartment had a musty old smell, brought air fresheners etc-done the job. Couple of things broken when we arrived but as we were very busy, kept missing reception times. Overall very spacious and a good stay with pools and a lovely spa.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend.nWe booked it thinking it was a nice cheap price including the fact it had a hot tub which wasn’t working which we would’ve chosen a much nicer place for same cost if we had known. You should put a sign up to display it’s not heated or inform your guests.nnThen to try and use the bathtub instead we couldn’t switch the shower over with the knob. I wasn’t comfortable asking reception for help with that as just calling to ask if the hot tub was out of service I sensed a bit of a rude tone and didn’t want to deal with that kind of service.nnNo bath mats or hand towels provided so after showering the floors get wet right in front of the toilet.nnNot only that, our outside balcony area wasn’t tidy and had spider webs etc. so I didn’t even want to sit out there.nnInside wasn’t clean. You can tell they done the main jobs of bins, sheets etc but the couch and desk chair had some stains on them that looked wipeable. Table chairs had wipeable marks maybe food or something not sure. Tidy but definitely not cleannnPhotos of room are deceiving.nnYou can hear quite a lot too. Especially afternoon/nights.nnBest part about the service was being able to drop the room key in a box and walk out.nnNot worth your money, spend elsewhere

Terrible experience all round, rude staff.nWarned us to “lock our fancy car up in these parts”. Staff weren’t wearing uniforms and reeked of cigarettes. Photos absolutely DO NOT match the accomodation. I made a mistake with our booking. The manager took our money for the extra night I had paid for I made the booking a day early but refused to look for a new room to accommodate us, claiming due to the public holiday they were full, even though the hotel car park was still next to empty. Seemed super dodgy. Will not be using again.

Very clean room, staff friendly and helpful. Only inconvenience was when we got back from being out for dinner was, there were no car parks left. We drove around the street and none either. So we did something we would never usually do and used a disability car park and only because at 10pm there were 4 empty disability car parks on the premises and we were checking out by 8am. We would stay again.

Not much parking. Requested late checkout of 11am, was denied based on being too busy. When I checked out at 10am there were no cleaners to be seen, which gave me the impression we could have easily had the extra hour.
