Very spacious apartments with grest views. Sound proofing is amazing, can hardly hear anything that's going on outside. Pool is a bit on the 'too warm' side but the closeness to the beach makes up for that. Very comfortable and in a great location.

I booked an apartment for the week between Christmas and New Year 2017/18 which due to changed circumstances I had to cancel 6 weeks before arrival.  There was a list of people on the waitlist so they easily re-letted it.  Despite many promises during several phone calls I have never received the refund I was promised for the cancelled booking.

Under new management from the end of September 2017. The new owner is a very nice man, did not meet his partner, so previous reviews commenting on grumpy front counter assistance should be discarded. 
All units are individually owned even though run by one manager so what you get is very individual as far as the state of the unit and what is supplied with it so keep that in mind.
Our unit was great, a little "worn" on the edges but clean, comfy, quiet, great view and had everything we needed for a long weekend away from Brissy. Complex has pool and spa, is literally across the street from the beach and a playground and walking distance or quick drive to restaurants in Dicky Beach.

Not bad, but could do with a tidy up. Stayed in unit 28, dust an inch thick on the artwork above the bed, not very good water pressure in the shower and only a 3 seater couch in an apartment that sleeps four people. For some reason the pool is heated in the middle of summer so not the most refreshing dip on a 30+  degree summer day. Aircon in the bedrooms but not the living room, which again isn't ideal in the heat of summer and no screens on the doors so you have to leave the doors open or sweat. Great location, but would stay elsewhere next time.
