I have seen Laura for support in quitting smoking and am so grateful for her thorough approach and commitment to seeing the process through.
The preparation pre-session and follow up support was what especially impressed me and helped me get through what would have been an otherwise challenging (if not impossible) undertaking.

I have had a number of sessions with Laura for weight loss. Laura’s welcoming and caring nature made me feel instantly safe and relaxed...
