Welcome to the Caledonian Inn! The Cally is an old English style pub built in 1859. We offer a wide range of fabulous food, with a focus on seafood, and will always have the perfect beer or wine to pair. Situated in the popular seaside town of Robe its the most wonderful place to while away the hours.

This establishment has a lot of old world charm. Whitewash walls and timber beams much resembling an English pub. The food is of a high standard with many different beers on tap. Outside courtyard dining is also available, if you wish. A bottle shop is at the end of the building for those who wish to keep on the move. The two ladies we saw w managed the bar and food areas very well.

Got a seat at the beach cafe for dinner, wanted the seafood platter for 2 but they only served that inside at the restaurant.. disappointing! The beach cafe menu was pretty good, albeit standard pub offerings. Nice setting outside.

Cosy, warm, friendly, great food & service...and spectacular views...sounds too good to be real? Spend a night or 2 at The Caledonian & you won't be disappointed.

Great service - friendly, welcoming and attentive. Plenty of beers on tap ranging from the staples of Coopers Pale and Carlton Draught through to Rogers and a great tasting local Cape Ale (recommend a try). The wine selection is reasonable and mostly local. The Winsoak sparkling was a hit. We had a few lunches here. A touch more expensive than Adelaide but great quality grub. Juicy schnitzels, tasty fish, tender squid and a satisfying burger. The salad was great quality too. Portions are more than satisfying. We did get a dud schnitty and calamari but these were replaced with promptly and the replacements were top notch as expected. There are also board games etc to entertain the kids. The Cali has been a bit hit and miss in the past but it’s really hitting the mark at the moment. Keep it up.

Nice food. But tries to be a bit more up market than it is. Ambience is nice.
