Edit: Due to my review, the company decided to provide an additional 100 dollars in compensation and has been attentive to my complaint. The location of the hotel is definitely its best perk, therefore if they solve the open items it would definitely be worth visiting. Do not recommend! I booked an apartment and was assigned a standard room. Apartments have kitchens meaning that I didn’t have a kitchen in the room I got and I had to spend much more of what I budgeted in food because of this. I was then suggested to cook on a staff kitchen meters away from my room and the hot plates of the kitchen were extremely unreliable. To top it up, the standard room I was assigned to had a stained, dirty and smelly toilet. I am extremely mad at myself for not having photographed the toilet, I would have included here. The reimbursement they decided to provide for all the inconvenience, dirty facilities and extra expenses I had to incur on? 32 dollars. I would have looked for alternative accomodation as soon as I saw the toilet but being a busy time of the year, it was all booked out; we even thought about returning home but home is 7 hrs away which turn out to be 9 hrs with a toddler. Avoid if you can!

Classic motel with recently renovated rooms, and good service from the manager. Spotlessly clean. Rooms: Simple but clean and modern.
Can't praise this highly enough: Very comfortable bed, large and super clean room and amenities, warm I was here in July; will stay here again if in Beachport. Wifi was highly appreciated, thank you.Rooms: 5/5

Staff friendly - responded when upon arrival sink pipes leaking - got plumber promptly . Rooms only partly cleaned Flyscreens and window sills with large dust and dirt buildup- which we had to wipe ourselves. Need to thoroughly detail rooms before the busy Easter season. Good position , a little let down by lack of attention to detail.
Excellent host, went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Very clean and well looked after rooms. Excellent sleep on comfortable bed. Highly recommended place to stay. Worth more than 5 stars.Rooms: 5/5
Unfortunately we were scolded with extremely hot water coming on and off in the shower, and the bed was like laying on a block of cement. We were in a corner room which was good and told the room next to us was not used, and yet there were people coming in and out all hours of the night and smoking right outside our door and window which meant we had to keep the room shut to stop smoke wafting in
We had a great week in the Apartment. Rate 3 star but being upgraded. Manager very friendly and conscious of our needs, wonderful bed and good facilities, enjoy your stay. Cheers j&c
Great place to stay, very clean room, new aircon and big carpark space can fit in any SUV , 2min walk to beach. Rooms: Clean room, wifi was really fast good enough for online gaming. Nearby activities: Best local made beer and dinner next door. It was a hundred years old restaurant nest door. Great location to stay in town. Safety: Very safe, locate in town center all people here in town knows each other, friendly neighbour , security camera in carpark. Walkability: 2min walk to anything you need. Local product market, post office, bank, restaurant, bar. Beach. Food & drinks: local made beer and dinner next door. It was a hundred years old restaurant nest door. They made really good lamb.Great location to stay in town. Noteworthy details: Wifi is fast. Room are newly designed looks clean and comfortable, people stay here are mostly government contractor,business traveller and family traveller ,safe and comfortable.
