Returned products that were not fit for purpose recommended by them so we have asked for a full refund and was told only a store credit will be supplied. So now we have returned the products and they also have our money $150, forcing us to return and purchase something. Sultry and rude owner. NOT Happy at all. Won't be returning there again in the future.
Absolutely fantastic people at this place. Helped with a product that we got from another Jaycar that they dont even stock. Amazing with the weather station we did buy from them. Professional, Friendly and knowledgeable. I would give these guys more stars if possible they were that good
Went to Jaycar in the city and told ‘ I think so’ when I had questions about a reversing camera for my campervan that was worth $400, went to Repco in Rangiora and told ‘ sorry mate, we don’t know a lot about them, we just sell them.nWent and asked for some info at Jaycar Rangiora and was told to bring my van in - the team tested all of my equipment to see if it needed needed, then pulled my head unit out, installed the wiring and gave me all the info to finish the install - $129 .nIs now my go to store for anything I need.nA+++++
