We have just moved to Rangiora and I popped into the store today to buy some tall pots and plants to go in them, these were to put on either side of my front door of the house we are selling, and a lovely assistant in the plant department I believe she was English, as I am :- was a fantastic help! Helping me choose the plants for the pots, making great suggestions. I am sorry I didn't catch her name, but I wanted to say big thanks and post a photo of how the pots look all planted, and next to my front door :- And the bonus of the scent from the cyclamen is lovely!
We love coming here, the coffee is fabulous and staff in Mitre10 and courteous and knowledgeable. We can even take our little fur baby princess into the store, thank you for this. Your store is well managed, clean and well stocked. Pricing is not too bad either, and of course there's the price match if that other hardware place charges less! Oh, nearly forgot ... a very friendly chap came over to us the other day and gave us a $10 voucher ... how neat.
Had a lovely assistant called Rowenna help us in the gardening section this week - super friendly, very approachable and helped us with plant selections for our edible garden. She was very knowledgeable about varieties and hardiness of different plants. Thank you the awesome customer service
I was looking for a toilet paper roll dispenser. I was left unattended for 10 minutes. Waited patiently at the kitchen desk but when asked if I needed any help noone could be found to serve me. I eventually left as I had an important appointment with my lawyer. Very disappointing experience.
Just a shout out to sales assistant Greg who went out of his way to find me some rose spray today. None on the shelf, but off he went to find a new pallet had arrived & back he came with a wonderful smile & a cherry disposition. Nothing was a problem....well done that man!!!
