After years of talking to different pharmacists, I have finally found one that was helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of Steph, the amazing young pharmacist who went above and beyond to actually listen and help. Steph is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also has a unique ability to explain complex medical information in a way that’s clear and accessible, but also tailored to my personal needs. Whether it was advising me on a new prescription or providing recommendations for over-the-counter products, her expertise, genuine care and attention to detail shows why she has excelled in her chosen field.

Moved to Sunny Tropical Nth QLD from NSW & found this pharmacy close by that has lovely workers including the pharmacist Stephanie who took her time to greet me & my family as new customers & made us feel very welcome. Helped with our scripts we needed & also great advice with some medical issues. Friendly wonderful pharmacy.

I have been to a few local pharmacy’s in the area and nothing compares to the service I receive from TerryWhite! Stephanie the pharmacist is amazing at what she does, giving out thorough advice and guidance but most importantly greeting me with a smile and lovely attitude.
