Wanting to buy a door decided to go to cairns hardware doors that was my mistake,as we walked in the front door we were meet with a hello and can I help u,I said I was after a front door,then her attitude changed and called me rude,she said either change your attitude or another salesman can help u or go somewhere else,even my wife said i was not rude,so guess what we went somewhere else. I will not recommend this company to anyone.get rid of this woman as she is ruining your company
What a pleasure to do business with Cairns Hardware Door Centre. I have been struggling to find a hinge for my 'old apartment style' door frame. After contacting numerous companies without any resolution, I called Cairns Hardware Door Centre and Ashleigh answered. She was polite, professional and asked me to send a few pics through of the old hinge. She responded back with a match on the hinge a few minutes later. This is a very low ticket item and she went the extra mile in customer service. Highly recommended!

Cairns Hardware, Doors and windows, really looked after Brian and I, when we came in to pick our doors and locks. It was our first time experience in the store, and Ashleigh & Rose gave us all the information we needed when choosing the right doors and locks, with Ashleigh, especially, going beyond and above to help us with our choice and budget. Those ladies take their job really seriously, they are professional and really know how to look after people, because they know their job.. and the doors are beautiful. Thank you Rose and Ashleigh for looking after us and helping us choose our dream door.. you can’t go past Cairns Hardware, doors and windows..
Bought a hwc from cairns hardware. The price was lower than Bunnings and the service was personal and very good. Employs locals and has done so for a very long time. Well worth supporting
