My favourite store. Jack was super helpful. Ty Jack! One of the bigger stores. You will find all you bits and bobs you need here. They even have a coffee shop and playground to park any uninterested family members. Trade section one end, Nursery the other.
I had an appointment with Bunnings Smithfield at my house for measurements to be taken for a new kitchen. Nobody showed up. No phone call, nothing. Trying to call them. Been on hold for over 20 mins already. No response! Appalling service!! Give them a big miss. Find a business that provides a service.
I called into the paint shop and wanted advice in regards to staining my floor. I asked the gentleman up who served me to assist me in a certain colour and water based sealer where he rudely replied I don’t to that , I then explained that I wanted to show him the colour which was on a display board he ignored me and starting servicing another customer. Clearly I won’t be back to the paint shop .
Leaving one star but would prefer to leave none. In Bunnings today looking for a vinyl repair kit and was directed by one assistant to the paint section. I explained what I was looking for to the shop assistant who replied in an abrupt, officious and aggressive manner " we don't do vinyl repair kits here" I asked if he knew of anywhere that did have them to which he replied with the same terse comment and walked away. Very disappointing! And what happened to common courtesy and manners?won't be spending any more money there!
Rang up today to ask them to hold 2 products and pick up tomorrow and the bloody witch on the phone was a lazy bustard case. She won't even check if the product is there, she kept saying click & collect & she won't let me talk to explain why I hate the click & collect. I've shopped online and most of the time, the order gets cancelled due to no product and I wasn't going to drive an hour away from home to get their to say my order is cancelled which happened to me three times this year after placing an order the night before. Bloody phone customer service needs improvement but shutting your mouth and learn to listen to the customer first of why the click & collect hasn't been an easy experience for me.
Always good but if you have to scan your own goods check receipt as I got double dipped but all's good rang them explained what happened they looked at vid cameras and docket and refunded me the difference straight away great store and customer relations
I went in looking for a couch and plants. I liked the items, I think there could have been better deals on the outdoor furniture and the nursery didn't have what I was looking for. I found it had a fairly decent stock of plants just not too much of variety. I then went to a local nursery and found more plant variety that I was looking for. Overall, Bunnings is always great to go to. This day they did not have what I was looking for so I rate it 4 stars.
Always something to buy and Bunnings generally has it, whether building, painting, gardening, furniture, Xmas lights and ornaments, cafe if u get hungry, and they also do classes if u want to learn something. Must book in for these.
