The staff here are genuinely caring and take a lot of time to make sure your needs are met. My family and I were pleased with their service package that included the wonderful celebrant Jan Defferrard. Jan visited us at home and liased with the crematorium's dedicated and sensitive team. Our heartfelt gratitude to you all.
The team at Cairns Crematorium gave our family the most heartfelt personal approach for my beloved husband & father of my dear 3 children. I cannot praise them enough. From the collection of our loved one to the day of the funeral and then the final moments of collecting our loved ones ashes, they had full empathy and were heartfelt and supportive all the way. Thank you Tama & Team, you made the whole day seem seamless, with all family and guests commenting on the beautiful service. So thank you.
Dedicated caring people who made our mums service simply pleasant. Tama is a very caring passionate man and Shiane a lovely caring receptionist. They both offered generously extra help, kind words and extra care during a very difficult time and went the extra mile without hesitation. I thank and appreciate you both ever so much.

He went above and beyond for us to ensure our loved one was looked after and our needs were met.nnAll communication was really clear and the website price guide was easy to navigate.nnThe grounds are very clean and well maintained with beautiful views to Mt Sheridan.nnCould not recommend more highly. I wish to thank Cairns Crematorium for there service. We had our beautiful mothers ashes placed into urns and pendants for the family. They were very accommodating, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. A big thank you to Shian for her excellent service and compassion during this difficult time.
