I cant fault the cleanliness of the room for my Mothers service, nor the crisp suit that was worn by the director.  
I can however not comprehend the lack of proffesional, prompt administration duties in lodging my mothers death certificate for close to 1 month..and I only came across this negligence by phoning to check the delay in receiving such an important document myself. 
Needless to say, this unforgiving incident has slowed the already tedious task of sorting out an estate. 
Sometimes sorry is not satisfactory when operating a business such as this.  
In writing this I still have not received the certificate  heres hoping it is not another month.

The staff were wonderful and followed our instructions to the "T". Highly recommended.

go here and pay 3 times the price as everyone else becasue everything they do have additional costs but other places include them in the price upfound

Attended a funeral of mate today. I would have to say that was the best professional service that i have ever attended. Very emotional yet well thought of. I am sure Pete would of been more than happy with the service if he was watching from above. Certainly the way i want to have mine!
