Avoid if possible. Especially if you get Lynette, she's a shocker of a person and so unsympathetic. I would go anywhere else but this place. They just want your money. They stuffed things up and didn't apologise, even though they had been given clear instructions and plenty of notice. You can't undo stuffing up a memorial service for a loved one. If it had been up to me, I would not have paid the full price.
