You made all of my sister's wishes for her very loved partner happen, and it was so comforting to have the daily phone calls to let us know how it was progressing. Your willingness to go the extra mile and give my sister extra time with her lover meant so so much, and you tactfully navigated through the family issues we faced. Thank you for making the funeral planning side of things painless, it was a truly beautiful ceremony and I will never forget the extra effort you put in.
