We recently had the very difficult task of arranging a funeral for my wife's mother, and we were incredibly fortunate to have Lloyd from Gregson & Weight, Buderim guiding us through the process. From the very beginning, Lloyd’s compassion, kindness, and professionalism stood out. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.nnHe took care of everything – arranging the celebrant, the order of service booklet, flowers, the photo tribute, music, the beautiful chapel and even the refreshments after the service – all with such thoughtful attention to detail. Everything he did was not only highly professional but carried out with genuine care for both my wife and myself.nnOne particularly special gesture was Lloyd going out of his way to organise a beautiful old 1959 hearse, which made the day even more meaningful and memorable. His support didn’t end with the service either. He has continued to show great compassion in personally arranging the delivery of my mother-in-law’s ashes, and his care throughout has been faultless.nnWe cannot thank Lloyd enough and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone facing the difficult task of organising a funeral. He will walk beside you with warmth, respect, and a deep understanding of the grief you are experiencing.

If you are looking for a funeral venue, look no further than Gregson & Weight Funerals @ Buderim. The delightful setting in with the chapel is located, the attention to detail offered by the entire team and empathy on one of the hardest days of your life is second to none. A big shout out to Ben Murnane for putting together an amazing & fitting send of for my Dad. Nothing was too much trouble for Ben, Dean and their team. The service for my Dad when done in a very professional, time efficient and effective way. The finer details were ticked off with no fuss or worries. The final send off of Dad was an extremely emotional day, however was made to feel more like a celebration of Dad's life than a funeral. The guard of honour formed by mourners that Ben organized, for Dad to be driven through in his beloved F Truck was something that will live in my heart forever. Thank you Gregson & Weight Funerals @ Buderim for the perfect send off.
Very friendly, knowledgeable & caring establishment
It's only just over a week ago since we held my 96 year old father's farewell service at the stunning Gregson & Weight Chapel located at Buderim.nnFrom the moment I was introduced to Amanda and visited the chapel and the tearoom - I felt blessed as knew I had found the perfect venue.nnGiven Dad was the former Musical Director and Conductor of the Sunshine Coast Concert Band - Music and Audio Visual quality was a key issue for us. I am thrilled to advise that the Technology and AV equipment is very modern and of the highest quality so the farewell service reproduction was faultless.nnThe grounds are beautiful , and the visual backdrop of the paperbark trees through the large glass windows in the chapel and tearoom is just stunningnnSpecial thanks to Amanda and all the team at Gregson & Weight - you were fantastic and extremely helpful and your attention to detail ensured the celebration of Dad's life was a fitting tribute for the great man he was.
