The rudest customer service I have encountered for a long time. Didn't even bother to serve us our whole order. Instead just closes the shop at 12.30pm.

The inconsistency of the coffee made at this place is unfair on the good beans brand they use (Dimattina: Great brand). One member of the serving staff listens in to customers' conversations and then butts in rudely thus embarrassing people. Very rude reputation (red hair) and not suitable front of house in hospitality.
