This large park has a playground, gym equipment, BBQs, rotundas and an ill-placed toilet block. Beautiful colourful flowers line Logan road when in bloom. Parking off Abbotsford Road.
It's a real gem! It's a favorite spot for families and their furry friends alike. Plus, there's a convenient coffee shop right next to the bowls club, just a stone's throw away from the park. So, whether you're with the kids or simply seeking a relaxing stroll, you can grab a cup of joe and soak in the atmosphere. As locals, we can't get enough of it!
The park has some lovely gardens, but they're not very prominent. It would be nice if there were signs to highlight them a bit more.
This is a great place to take the kids and dogs for a play/walk. We had a birthday party there. It recommended you get there early if holding a gathering as the picnic areas can get busy. I went one weekend and there was ample room, but the following weekend there were no tables left by the time we got there to set up for our party. One group very kindly let us you on of their tables.
