As a renter who improved the property I wasn't happy.. things I was told they'd pay for but then refused.. I personally wouldn't use them again, if u have to make sure u have everything in writing..

This agency is unbelievable. They didn't care about my property. Gave bad service to me and to the tenant. They never told me the truth about anything. I always had to dig in again and again. I took my business someplace else.

Absolutely horrendous service as we vacate our rental property managed by buxton. Poor communication and very slow to take action getting the property advertised and organizing an inspection. Lose/lose situation for the landlord and tenant.
