Travelling solo in rural SA can be daunting for a woman. Arriving at the Burra Caravan and Camping park, I was met by the excellent managers who were informative and welcoming. The facilities were modernised and spotless. I highly recommend a visit here

Great small Park. Ammenties are clean & neat. Great atmosphere on the river. And just over the bridge from all historical old shops, inc IGA, Pub, H'ware and quaint coffee/cafes.

Apart from the storms it was great,its a great little caravan park and staff are friendly great historic town.

Caravan park is ok, it was very hot and windy the day we were there and no shade trees where we were placed. Amenities are great. Park is within walking distance to town.

Walk to town. Quiet except for birds. Out of wind. 2 good pubs in town that do counter meals.
