Not happy. Ordering touch screen was filthy and sticky to touch. Ordered 2 meals, one with extra fries and only recieved 1 pack of fries when we should of had 3, one burger was wrong and she just shrugged her shoulders and had no explanation. Burger buns were soggy and squashed flat. Lettuce in side salad and burgers was brown on the edges and drinks were watered down so much they tasted like soda water. We have always loved burger king food but this was extremely poor quality. We will not eat at this restaurant again and will certainly think twice before having burger king in the future.
Would not recommend & won't go back. Dirty premises. Tables not wiped. Took ages for staff to serve us, kept looking at us but continued with drive through orders. Only completed our order because we were hungry. Food was barely warm, chicken burger taste was not good, is it really chicken?
Disgusting!! Stay away! If they don’t how deep fry some fries they shouldn’t be taking anyone’s money!
The Burgers hit differently and compared to the price I would drive the extra miles Past Mac Donald's to Burger King all day. Just sad it's not kid Friendly. Food wise all good.Food: 5/5
I don’t think I’ve ever been negative or harsh every single time I’ve ordered and received a meal that wasn’t correct or put together like dog’s breakfast. I’ve always been kind about having to get something exchanged for my correct meal if it was wrong the couple thousand times it’s happened which is everytime however this time I am beyond myself and it’s getting a bit pathetic now. How can this be happening every single time ?! My husband and I bought meals on our way back from work obviously tired as hell just wanting to get home, did a quick brief check before leaving assuming it was right as the one burger had “chicken” on it being mine cause I don’t eat red meat only to find out it’s beef not even presentable at all, didn’t even have lettuce what an absolute joke. Like I said it just gets to a point where you get tired of this happening after the gracious amounts it has happened and it’s tiring and annoying now.
Unfortunately, these guys don't seem to have enough staff, and the self-service machines were not working. Otherwise, they did a good job with the food, and the place looked nice and clean.Food: 4/5
The place is all ways messy and dirty whenever I go in there, the food is usually pretty good however the overall experience is not good. Until they clean up their act I can't recommend them Parking: Heaps of parking, it is in the Z gas station so of that is busy then carparking can be difficult
Convenient location, lots of parking space. Would have been better if the machine that made thickshakes was working. Update - some of the tables have been removed and replaced with screens for ordering, as is the current trend. The counter staff are now even more reluctant to help out, and the screens are not particularly good. We added an item to our order and decided we didn't want it, but we could not remove it without cancelling the whole order.
Worst experience! We waited almost an hour drive through.Burgers were cold. Uncooked Pattie’s…undercooked cold fries! Like seriously .Never going again there! Totally waste of time and money!
Drive through line was short due to the time of day, food was hot and ordering process quick. This burger king can be easy to miss if you dont see the big sign on great south road, store is connected to a z station
