Ordered today at lunchtime, had a slight wait but we live out of town and when we got home, two of the three double whoppers had no lettuce, and no sauce, two only had one small slice of tomato. No salt on the chips and the walls outside were filthy. We rarely get takeaway and I am disappointed we chose this store. We were charged 65 for this meal which was shocking.
Took drive-through. 11am, Sat. Place is grubby, old peeling stickers on windows, tired shabby building. Nothings been water blasted in a while. Ordered donuts promotion and a chicken. chilli maple king box. Service was over 5 minutes. No smile, just two tired looking staff. Food was sub par. The donuts were soaked in oil and cold. No chilli maple in the king box. Just plain chips and little popcorn chicken things. No flavour. Hands down the most boring food I've eaten in a looong time. On the road, late to get somewhere, going back to complain was not an option. Should have just done it right. This is not a gripe on the staff, I believe this is a burger King problem. I'm sure had more staff been available, things would have been running better.
I enjoy BK the service is great warm atmosphere happy friendly service food hot toilets clean. We have a family experience. MD use to be like that go BK.
Waited 15min for 3 small packs of potatoes balls they had no ice cream. I had a boy last day in kindy van as he's off to school. Very dissppionted. Last time it was McDonald's. We went to Burger King. Wendy's needs to come up these 2 outlets need competition. KFC doesn't have ice cream they're safe lol.
Hi, ordered at 10:37pm tonight via the drive-thru, service was fine, however, the food itself was cold, literally, the patties weren’t hot or warm, a great emphasis on COLD! nor were the chips or nuggets. Super dissatisfied, I understand that it’s towards the end of service the food should still remain hot right thru & I live less than 3 mins away so there should be no reason any food should be cold?
