Absolutely delicious food and excellent, friendly service! Came here last night as I was here for work. Highly recommend it for those visiting Whangarei the pho with cooked beef and tripe was outstanding with a very flavorsome broth. The fried noodles were packed with flavour and cooked perfectly. The donuts were like little heavenly cushions.
We have been a few times to this restaurant. Food is delicious and fresh. Sometimes food can take a while to arrive at your table, but it is worth the wait.
So good! Second time was as good if not better than the 1st. Seafood combo vermicelli, spicy chicken fried rice and a prawn fresh roll - well flavored, large portions- amazingly delicious!!Food: 5/5
Kind of split on this one. The food was great, very tasty and good value but the service was so slow. It took an hour for our food to come out and our drinks arrived at the same time. If you're going to take that long to serve meals at least give your diners a drink. Not that I could get a drink as they'd run out of all wine except sauvignon blanc and a red. There was at least 4 wait staff working so not sure why it was so hard to get service but maybe they need more training, people who arrived after us were served and received their food before we did. Disappointed.

We ordered take away, we got the summer rolls & lamb kebabs for starters and then I got a salad & my partner got a pho. Wow! Amazing! The summer rolls were massive I only ate those and saved my salad for lunch the next day. And my partner ate only one lamb kebab you get 2 and half his soup and we were super full! Such great quality and I would consider the started as a main as they were big! The taste & flavours were so good! Will be back for sure!
Came into the restaurant/Cafe tonight, the service was abit low but very friendly. They didn't really listen to what was said, in terms of having the food come out at once but most of the food was up to standard and tasty. One out of three dishes was unfortunately cold but the other two were hot and very tasty. This was our third time here and normally it's a really consistent place for food.
I stop in here almost every time I pass through Whangarei, food is always yummy! pork belly vermicelli never disappoints! My girlfriend had the spicy beef vermicelli and the chicken skewers and she said they were the best she’s ever had - Thank you!
Dirty place, table were not cleaned with diry dishes and food on the table when my hubby and I entered the restaurant. We waited for food for more than an hour and they served other people first they entered d he place after us, and our order was not gone through when we asked about our order. The girl who took order first time told us she was going to take another order and give food quickly. However we were exhausted and very angry, and left the place with an empty stomach.
We found this restaurant after a tired trip. The service was good. We ordered smoked salmon summer roll and chilli mussel for starter, they were highly recommended. After having a mouthful of pho soup, I felt warmer. although the fried rice was a little salty, the tasty was good.
