The pizzas order where absolutely scrumptious however, the phone manner of the young representative taking the phone order was rather unwelcoming & not too pleasant to say the least. Luckily, the young representative that took the phone order also delivered the food so I was able to present my concern as well as offer a few tips on how one ought to speak whilst engaging with paying customer. The Pizza was okay, would be 4 stars but the staff bring it down, they were all over the place, Arguing unprofessionaly infront of customers and also about who should HAVE to serve customers and not knowing where they were ment to be, I had such a simple order and one pizza was in the hotbox for like 10 minutes while i waited for the other. Team is in need of a decent meeting or two. 2 Stars
Placed a timed order three hours ahead of time, late by 10 minutes - this was for a scheduled meeting, useless. While sitting there waiting the girl on cut was playing with her mouth, playing with her hair, taking phone calls and not once did she wash her hands. Unreliable and poor hygiene.
Cheesy garlic pizza, stiffer than a brick and more burnt than bunnings sausages. Highly dissapointed as usually so good. Expect somthing good to start the weekend, looks like ill be spending tommorw getting my replacement pizza
Pretty dirty inside also kinda yuck looking through the window at staff making the pizza, look very dirty and just like they don’t care about hygiene standards lol but pizza has been ok last couple times we come here but standard is pretty below average. Being generous with 2/5 stars
Got the vegroma pizza. But this cheese is horrible, no taste at all. Don’t know if its raw. I have never seen this type of granule type cheese. Will never come back
Shocking service the staff gave my wife a gluten pizza when we specifically ask muti times for gluten free base The website it's currently not allowing pick up orders or delivery out to onerahi Tried to call the staff when I got home and no one picked up
The staff member that served me had excellent and genuine customer service skills, it was so nice to see this day in age from the younger generation.
So 1 month ago I called asking for delivery and they said they couldn’t deliver to my address as I live on whangarei heads road but they could met me at the police station and tonight I called asking to get a delivery and I will met them at the police station to pick up my food but now they are saying they don’t deliver at all to onerahi I didn’t want to give now star but it wouldn’t let me I’m just wanting to know why .
Staying in Whangarei for the night, had the order delivered to the hotel. The driver Ted was really polite and professional. The chicken, bacon and avo pizza was so nice! Chips and chicken bites cooked to perfection. Everything was great.
