Nice buns! Also nice napkins - thick and highly absorbent, which is good when the cheeseburger is so gloriously greasy you need to go on a juice-based detox afterward. Long wait on the works burger - otherwise everything was prepared almost suspiciously fast. As for the bacon and egg burger? Just enough bacon and just enough egg. Both perfectly cooked. The yolk was the right kind of runny - not like, running from the law, more like, running in a schoolyard game of kiss-chasey. Running for sure, but not like, sprinting, more of a playful jog. Bacon and egg burger comes with bbq sauce which can be overwhelming at times. In this case - whelmed. Small chips were the advertised portion size and undersalted. A salt shaker is provided though so go your heart-disease hardest. Chips also tried to be crispy but just weren't. Probably the biggest let down. Some places don't age with time. Sometimes this is a bad thing, but not this time. This is the kind of place you'd ride your bike to after school with your friends for a milkshake and a potato scallop, spending up all $5 of your allowance from the past week. That's just the vibe I get here - it's oddly nostalgic and I like it. As far as hot box foods go they have pretty much all you could ask for and all reasonably priced. The food is nothing to boast about and almost certainly will kill you if you eat here regularly. Cest la vie though right? That said, in a complex full of empty shops, they're still around so perhaps that speaks for itself?
Absolutely amazing dining experience, the team went above and beyond to develop some delicious Original Spicy Chicken. Not only is the flavor balance perfect but it’s very delicious. 10/10 would recommend
Insanely good spicy chicken. Great customer service with a wonderful team. Locally owned so worth supporting. Good pricing for what you get as well; the burgers are huge!
Excellent coffee, and a fantastic variety of sandwiches and burgers alike. The Angus beef hamburger was near perfect, and not too greasy. Anyone looking for a good feed, while only paying maccas prices should try this out. I'm going to bring the kids in on the school holidays
Very poor service! Waited a long time and then waited longer as my order wasn't correct. The lady was visibly angry at young guy working at the front counter and was snapping at him. She was also horribly blunt when speaking to me. No apologies for the mix up. I don't usually write reviews but this experience warranted one. I also work in customer service and this was not a nice experience. Regular chips were small enough to fit entirety in a mug?
Love Burger Chefs soy chai latte. Have been coming here for over 6 years. Great taste, great value and amazing loyalty card. I now text my order through and it is ready when I get there.
Stopper for lunch with work mates, could not actually eat anything off the menu as there was literally zero GF option…. Had to sit and have an iced coffee while everyone else ate. Guys, just grab a loaf of GF bread from Woolies or Coles and check it in your freezer, its terrible bread but its much appreciated and better than nothing for people who cannot ingest Gluten. Most other places have been doing that for years. Happy to update my review anytime if you review and update your GF options.
Food was okay, though I purchased an iced coffee aswell. As I walked back to the car I noticed the USE BY date on the milk was actually the same day i purchased it. I went back to enquire whether I could replace it, the server replied with "you'll be alright, they'll be good till midnight i reckon". I just walked out, probably won't be going back there if that's the attitude towards health and safety.
Fantastic Customer Service. Average prices, speedy service and tasty sandwiches. My most recent order was a chicken and salad sandwich, a flavorsome and delightful sandwich and I shall be returning. Ample parking inside the complex, or on the street parking!
Phone ordered 2 hct toasted s/w which weren't ready for pick up when arrived. Coffee was cold, no I wasn't late to pick it up, had to wait for re-make second coffee was really nice though. Should probably buy some new sharp af knives cause the ones you have now don't cut. My toasted sandwich was supposed to be cut in 4 but it was like pressed into 3 and a half
