Friends over.. few drinks.. let’s have Chinese, it’s usually pretty good .. organise a big order and call.. $8 delivery, sounds fair.. I live on the other side of boundary street, sorry that’s $15 delivery then.. don’t bother, we’ll spend our $150 elsewhere..

After 5 years of using this restaurant as my favourite Chinese, it is sad to say that I will have to go elsewhere now. The food is amazing, however, the last 4 times I have ordered deliver, my order has been forgotten, or it has arrived and hour and a half late and it is cold. But, tonight when calling my order through, I heard the staff engage in a personal conversation and slipping the F word in there a few times as well. Oh and it has now been an hour and 30 mins to receive my delivery.

The food is good, but the customer service is shocking, after ordering a pickup takeaway (the whole duck btw) we ordered at 3pm to pick up at 5:30. After arriving no order ready, fair enough, I waited for 30 mins then asked to check, and then they couldn't find the order. They said I didn't confirm the order, I know I did, alas I had to wait an extra 30 mins. All I got was an apology nothing further.

Expensive buffet with little more than the dregs remaining in the dishes. They did not refresh any of the dishes the entire time we were there. Could only choose from a few of the dishes which likely had been there since lunch. Unacceptable given the price.
