The new manager in this Bupa outlet have no courtesy at all. I had very good experience with this store and the company before. However, the new manager in this store have no respect in customers. Last time when I visited he started speaking in his own Indian language with me considering that I would understand. How would a professional can start addressing a customer in his local Language as neither I am not from his country Nor I understand his language. Moreover, he wasn't helpful at all, he went inside with my invoices and came out approximately 30 minutes later and said he is not sure about the procedure. He showed attitude to me saying "I am the manager in this store, so whatever I say is right" Also last week my husband went with an invoice from Derovitch Pathology, there was one bill and another later from Derovitch acknowledging that we have made the payment, which clearly says on the later "Paid with Thanks". he didn't understand that what it is and asked my Husband he needs to call the head office. I will never visit this store unless Bupa take any steps about it. I will also take it to the ombudsmen if I don't see any action taken for the customer's well being.
