First time i went here the consultant was lovely and helpful. Second time i got a new consultant who clearly had no idea what she was talkig about sent me home only to find out she should have given me access to the internet banking yet told me false info as to how to register. Had to call the service line to get help on the phone and the info she should have given me. Disappointing! she clearly needs training!

Waited half-hour just to open up savings account and even after waiting for half hour customer service lady taken someone else who came after me and she knew I was waiting because I was sitting right in front of her desk. Not a good customer service AT ALL.

Waited over half an hour before someone came out to say the system was down

Done everything over the phone and that's mine second time at this branch not very good experience
